We are an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We accept no referral fees from treatment facilities. All revenue supports our nonprofit mission.
Choosing treatment is nothing like booking a hotel.

A pool and a nice lobby tell you nothing about clinical quality - and this decision doesn't come with a refund policy. Our team does the due diligence a family can't do from a search bar.

Private placement and navigation services typically cost $2,500 to $10,000 or more. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that accepts no referral fees from facilities, we charge a flat $500 for questionnaire review and facility placement.

Independent vetting
We research and vet facilities across Houston and the state of Texas against your situation - clinical fit, insurance and payer acceptance, private-pay and out-of-network options, professionals programs, and real availability.

Warm admissions handoffs, help with insurance questions, and follow-through until placement is complete.
The ClearPath questionnaire itself is free to complete. Family support and intervention services are engaged separately, with the scope and fee agreed in your initial consultation.
